In the light of the upcoming review of the European Supervisory Authorities ("ESAs"), this seminar will discuss their past and future role and work since their creation 5 years ago, also in the context of Brexit. It will assess how financial supervision in the EU has worked since and try to identify what more needs to be done to safeguard financial stability in the internal market.
